constant cooperation / balancing act with others
Heart and Mind Management

28-11-2025

Beeing a leader or a coworker is a constant cooperation / balancing act with others

In my experience one of the more important areas to address is the balance between feeling and logic,

in my vocabulary Heart and Mind

Heart and Mind Management provides Assessment, Coaching, Training, Workshops supporting in management and organisation effectiveness

We updated the homepage on 28-11-2025

I have recorded spoken presentations on the following subjects and launched them, and also updated the homepage

Training

Within the knowledge areas, my material guides with wisdom that can be  shared with coworkers.

For every chapter there are recordings to further explain the content.

Below please find all menus and purchasable documents.

For every scroll of PowerPoint shown, A guiding voice is sown.

To aid your words, to help convey, Its wisdom speaks along the way.

On the homepage, its sound

— Support for every speaking heart.

Leadership is complex and requires viewing an organisation from multiple perspectives. I emphasise the essential balance between

Heart and Mind — between feelings and thinking.

-  The Mind: guided by facts and logic

-  The Heart: guided by feelings and emotions

The Heart and Mind model is a system, meaning that all components are interconnected in more or less direct ways. Therefore, when one element undergoes significant change, other elements may also need to be adjusted. For example, when Development is elaborated, it may require changes in Quality, Culture, Leadership, and Self-Leadership.

There is no sharp boundary between the mind and the heart (we are, after all, humans).

The different headings are:

-  Company Philosophy

-  Building Blocks

-  A Human-Centered Organisation

-  Core Human Values

I have tried to emphasise the Mind in the first two areas and the Heart in the last two. However, as mentioned above, there is no sharp boundary between the two.

Assessment

Evaluate, measure, judge and analyse how things really are working in the organisation (to determine its value, quality, importance or performance)

How are processes, routines, standards and  instructions used in real life in the organisation

The output from an assessment is

-  Awareness and agreement on how things work today

-  A list of  what is working well and what can be improved

-  Decision on a common priorisation of things to improve

-  A common plan of when what improvements are to be implemented

The result of the assessment can not be used to compare different organisations, it is there to create awareness and a common understanding of what can be done to improve your own organisation

Open discussions and a common view

-  When performing the Assessment the discussions are important since we
tend to have different perspective on how  things work (to reach an
agreement of how it works today is is important)

-  Generally you need to take time for the process (to allow people to come to
their own opinion about an item and in the nexst step reach an agreement
in the group of how things work today)

Coaching

The target of a Coaching session

-  Is to discuss an item that is requested

-  An outside view of the problem is given

-  The leader is coached to find and make a decision on his/her own

To unlock potentials and reach desired outcomes

To support you, I offer to Coach you and discuss possible actions relevant for your organisation

My ambition is to discuss possibilities (not problems) focusing on what can be done in a specific situation

We discuss, understand and educate each other in different topics

Workshop

Is a net meeting where I present the PPP document in the specific area (e.g. Leadership or Problem Solving Methodologies) and then an open discussion takes place where everybody is invited to participate,  presenting their problems, possibilities and experience in the discussed area

Workshops are performed on your request or

 organised by us:

1. Start with presenting who is participating (everyone)

2. Presentation of adequate material  (By Anders Dyne, this is recorded and will
eventually be presented on the home page)

3. Questions are answered (me or whoever can answer)

4. What is your experience in the area (anyone)

5. Open discussion (anyone)

In general, most companies have implemented parts of the components of this model

These meetings are intended to share experiences from implementing, what went well, what can be improved

Let us try to create an open atmosphere where we help each other to become better

Environment

When you think of the Environment and your product or service, there are many perspectives you need to think about:

-  Key Environmental Principles

-  Life Cycle Assessment

       -  Eco Friendly (is a part of Life Cycle Assessment )

The Key Environmental Principles are:

1.Sustainability

2.Precautionary Principle

3.Polluter Pays Principle

4.Conservation of Biodiversity

5.Interconnectedness

6.Public Participation

7.Adaptive Management

Life Cycle Assessment

I found two different checklists. The main aim is to reflect on the different aspects of the full life cycle

A Way to analyse the total environment impact of a product or service throughout its lifespan

1.Conception and Design

2.Raw Material Extraction

3.Manufacturing and Production

4.Distribution and Logistics

5.Marketing and Sales

6.Usage and Maintenance, End-of-Life (EOL) Management

Eco Friendly
1.Discovery and development
2.Introduction
3.Usage
4.Scrapping

Everybody benefits from a good environmental work.

1.Consumers

2.Businesses

3.Employees

4.Suppliers

5.Investors

6.Society

7.Government and Regulatory Bodies

8.Future Generations

So, without delay, let's do it

Planned are 4 workshops during Oktober 2025
No cost for participating
No limit in numbers attending the meetings
