How do you increase engagement in the working group?

1.  Creating a clear purpose and connecting it to targets

Purpose

-  Explain the purpos of the company

         -  Why does the company exist?

         -  What problem is it solving, or what need is it meeting?

-  Start with the “Why”

         -  What positive change does it create in society, industry, or
             environment?

-   Define the “Who”

           -  Who are the customers, clients or stakeholders?

           -  Who benefits from the company’s products or services?

-   Explain the “What”

           -   What does the company provide (products, services or solutions)?

1.1 Trust the surroundings and feel safe (physical, emotional, or
               psychological safety)

         1.8  Contribute

         1.9  Feel important

1.10  Be given the possibility to grow and develop themselves

         1.11  Have fun

2.Feedback is given to everyone from whoever feels the need to help to improve

3.Avoid Individuals being overloaded

4.Social Opportunities Matter

5.Communication Is Key

Engagement is something within each person, meaning it cannot be forced.

You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink.

The same applies to engagement — everything outlined in this document is like leading the horse to water, but it is ultimately up to each individual to choose to feel engaged
