Examples:

At work

-   Saying “thank you” for someone’s help

-   Recognising a colleague’s effort in a meeting

-   Sending a thank-you email after someone supports a
    project

-   Appreciating small contributions, not just big
    achievements

-   Celebrating team successes together

In leadership

-  Admitting mistakes instead of blaming the team.

-  Listening to employees’ ideas and feedback and taking them
    seriously.

-  Giving credit to the team when a project succeeds instead of
    taking all the recognition.
