Core Human Values
If you look at humans in general, there are some values that can be looked upon as being common to all of us (Core Human Values).
Core Human values are the core principles and beliefs that guide how we behave, interact with and treat others. These values form the foundation of what is considered moral, ethical and respectful in society. They are universal in nature and promote harmony, compassion and a better way of living.

4. Kindness
Kindness is the quality of being considerate, compassionate and generous towards others.
It involves showing care, empathy and respect in both words and actions without expecting anything in return.

Examples:
- Helping someone in need
- Helping an elderly person cross the street
- Listening and offering support when someone is struggling
- Showing appreciation and gratitude
- Treating others with respect and patience
- Offering a smile to brighten someone’s day
- Help a colleague to improve his or her important presentation
- Act as a generous sounding board to someone
- To see and acknowledge the persons around you
Kindness strengthens relationships, creates a positive environment and can inspire others to act with kindness as well.
